Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Robert T. Holm and Petty Officer 2nd Class Dan Taylor re-seat the inner-bladder of a section of inflatable boom Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008, during an annual maintenance period.  Members of the Atlantic Strike Team inspected four 600-foot booms stored at their Fort Dix, N.J., facility.
