  The Coast Guard Cutter Tiger Shark, homeported in Newport, R.I. tows the disabled 74-foot fishing vessel Lily M, to Block Island, N.Y., after it ran out of gas 30 miles southeast of Montauk, N.Y. and began to drift Oct. 12, 2007.
