  The Tuchkov Bridge, a 600-foot Liberian flagged tanker, is anchored in the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal near Reedy Point Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008, after it ran aground with 21 people aboard Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, near the St. George Bridge 30 miles south of Philadelphia.   This 41-foot boat sank Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, 22 miles east of Ocean City, Md., with two people aboard. Good Samaritans aboard the boat Muffdiver arrived on scene and rescued the two people, who were aboard a life raft, and transported them to Ocean City.
