| Petty Officer 2nd Class Charles Garnett presents a PC desktop computer that he built to Petty Officer 2nd Class Bruce Birch Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008 in Baltimore, Md. Birch, from Chincoteague, Va., won the computer through a contest set up by Garnett, from Chester, Pa., for the Coast Guard distance learning program. Birch will be using the computer to attend the University of Maryland University College. "The drawing came down to the final four and Birch won the award," said Garnett.
